This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") is entered into between Shenzhen Xyser Technology Co., Ltd and its subsidiaries, affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Xyser Technology", "the Company" or "we") and you (hereinafter referred to as "the User" or "you") regarding the use of the Xybot Hub mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "this Application" or "this Service").

Before you start registering and using this Service, please carefully read and fully understand all terms of this Service, especially the disclaimer clauses, dispute resolution clauses and jurisdiction clauses that exclude or limit our liability. Once you register, log in, or use this Service, it is deemed that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of this Service, and this Service will immediately become legally binding on you. If you do not agree to any content of this Service, please immediately stop using this Service.

1. Service Content

We provide you with the Xybot Hub robot service application, which specifically includes the following functions:

• Account Service: Supports email registration and login, provides a personal center where you can fill in and manage your basic personal information

• Learning Service: Provides learning tutorials for robot products, including text learning materials and video tutorials

• Help Center: Provides frequently asked questions (Q&A) queries to help you quickly resolve questions during use

• After-sales Service: Provides a problem feedback form that supports text descriptions and image uploads, making it convenient for you to submit usage problems and needs

We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, add or remove functions of the Service content based on business development, and we will notify you in advance through reasonable means.

2. User Registration and Account Management

2.1 This Application mainly uses email as the registration method, you promise:

• The registration information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and you should update it promptly if any information changes;

• You have full civil capacity and can independently bear civil liability; if you are a minor, you must use this Service with the consent of your guardian.

2.2 You shall properly keep your account and password, and bear full legal responsibility for all activities and conduct carried out using your account and password. If you find that your account has been misused or there are other security issues, please notify us immediately.

2.3 You agree that we will collect, store, use and protect your personal information in accordance with the linked Privacy Policy of this Application.

3. Your Rights and Obligations

3.1 You have the right to use this Service in accordance with the terms of this Service and obtain relevant functional support provided by us.

3.2 You have the right to put forward comments and suggestions on our services and feedback problems encountered during use.

3.3 You promise that during the use of this Service, you shall not engage in the following behaviors:

• Acts that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China or public order and good morals;

• Acts that infringe on the legal rights and interests of others, such as intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, etc.;

• Unauthorized modification, reverse engineering, cracking, decompilation of the source code or related technologies of this Application;

• Using this Service to send spam, advertising emails or engage in marketing promotion activities without our consent;

• Uploading or storing malicious programs such as viruses, trojans, or engaging in acts that endanger network security and server security;

• Impersonating another person's identity to register or use this Service;

• Other acts that damage the legitimate rights and interests of us or third parties.

3.4 When you submit a problem using the after-sales service function, you promise that the content you submit is true and does not infringe on the legal rights and interests of others, and you agree that we may use the content you submit (including text and images) to handle your after-sales problem.

4. Our Rights and Obligations

4.1 We will provide you with stable and reliable application services in accordance with this Service to ensure your normal use of various functions.

4.2 We have the right to supervise your usage behavior, and for behaviors that violate the terms of this Service, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, and termination of account use.

4.3 We value your feedback and problems, and will do our best to handle your after-sales service requests in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee that we can solve all your problems. The processing result shall be based on our professional judgment.

4.4 We will protect the security of your personal information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy. However, since this Service is deployed on overseas servers and relevant data is stored on overseas servers, we have completed the data exit compliance process in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights of this Application, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, text content, video tutorials, logos, etc., are owned by us. You only obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application, and may not use it for other commercial purposes.

5.2 You still retain relevant intellectual property rights to the content you submit during the use of this Service (including after-sales problem descriptions, uploaded images, etc.), but you grant us a license to reasonably use these contents when handling your problems and improving our products and services.

5.3 If you believe that the content in this Application infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through the contact information at the bottom of this Service, and we will handle it in accordance with laws and regulations.

6. Service Change, Suspension and Termination

6.1 We may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate part or all of the Service due to business adjustments, technical upgrades and other reasons, and we will notify you in advance through reasonable means.

6.2 If you violate the terms of this Service, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to you, and may delete information related to your account without assuming any responsibility.

6.3 You have the right to cancel your account at any time and terminate the use of this Service. Please refer to our relevant guidelines or contact customer service for the cancellation process. After account cancellation, we will process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1 We strive to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that the Service will not be interrupted or that there will be no errors in the Service. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as network problems, third-party system failures or other reasons not attributable to us, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the problem.

7.2 In any case, our total liability to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us (if any), unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

7.3 We do not bear any responsibility for business decisions, technical decisions and other decisions you make during the use of this Service, and the consequences of such decisions shall be borne by you.

8. Data Storage and Cross-border Transfer

Since this Service is deployed on overseas servers, data generated and collected during your use of this Service will be transmitted to and stored on overseas servers. 9. Amendment to the Service

We reserve the right to update this Service in accordance with business development and legal requirements. The updated Service will be notified to you through application announcements or emails. Your continued use of this Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Service. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using this Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 The conclusion, execution, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan regions).

10.2 Any dispute arising from this Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the Shenzhen Bao'an District People's Court.
