Based in Guangdong, China, our robotics facility has been designing, producing, and deploying service robots since 2014. With a strong domestic presence in China and a broad product range—including delivery robots, logistics robots, reception robots, disinfection robots, and educational robot solutions—we laid the foundation for vertical integration in service automation.

Xyser was founded as a global service robotics brand, integrating our three dedicated manufacturing factories across the Pearl River Delta (Dongguan, Heyuan, Guangzhou) with an operations center in Shenzhen. From inception, the company has focused on end-to-end vertical integration: hardware design, artificial intelligence algorithms, cloud systems, and fleet management software combining years of manufacturing heritage with a vision for streamlined integration and rapid deployment.
