Xyser Robotics Opens Its First Offline Showroom, Welcoming Global Partners to Experience Intelligent Robotics
Lucy Li | 2026-09-13

Xyser Robotics has officially opened its first offline showroom in Shenzhen, marking a new chapter in our journey to bring intelligent robotics closer to customers and partners around the world.

Located at Room 104, Building A, Kongque Ling · Manjinghua Chuangzhi Center, Yizhan 3rd Road, Songgang Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China, the new showroom brings together multiple robotic solutions across reception, logistics, cleaning, delivery, and hospitality.

More than a space for displaying products, the showroom is designed as an interactive environment for experiencing robotics in action. Visitors can explore different application scenarios, see how robots work in real environments, discuss potential automation projects with the Xyser Robotics team, and experience firsthand how intelligent robotics can become part of everyday business operations.

01. Smart Reception & Visitor Interaction

The first showroom theme focuses on smart reception and visitor interaction, represented by the Popbot X1.

Reception is often the first point of contact between an organization and its visitors. In hotels, museums, science and technology museums, exhibition halls, public venues, and other customer-facing environments, intelligent reception can go far beyond simply greeting guests.

Popbot X1 represents a new approach to reception, combining robotic mobility with intelligent interaction to support visitor communication and service. Instead of relying entirely on a fixed information desk, organizations can introduce a mobile robotic assistant that can interact with visitors and provide information within the physical environment.

This theme allows visitors to experience how AI-powered reception robots can connect digital intelligence with physical spaces, creating a more interactive and engaging customer experience.

For businesses exploring reception automation, the showroom provides an opportunity to see the technology in operation rather than simply evaluating it from a product specification sheet.

02. Smart Logistics & Autonomous Material Transport

The second theme moves into the industrial environment, focusing on smart logistics and autonomous material transportation with the Xybot T1.

Factories and warehouses often involve repetitive transportation tasks that require employees or traditional material-handling equipment to move goods between different locations. Xybot T1 is designed to automate this type of internal material flow.

As a smart-lift AMR, Xybot T1 can handle loads of up to 600 kg, autonomously identify shelves, perform lifting operations, and navigate through facilities using LiDAR-based navigation. It can also connect with MES, ERP, and WMS systems, allowing transportation tasks to become part of a broader digital workflow.

This showroom theme demonstrates an important direction in industrial automation: the robot is not simply moving around a warehouse independently. It can become part of the facility's wider logistics architecture, connecting material movement, software systems, and autonomous operation.

For manufacturers and warehouse operators, this creates an opportunity to explore how autonomous material handling can reduce repetitive manual transportation and build more scalable internal logistics processes.

03. Intelligent Commercial Cleaning

The third theme focuses on commercial cleaning automation, represented by the Popbot C1.

Cleaning is essential to hotels, restaurants, offices, commercial buildings, and public spaces, but many cleaning tasks remain repetitive and labor-intensive. As businesses face increasing pressure to maintain consistent service quality while improving operational efficiency, autonomous cleaning provides another practical entry point for robotics.

At the showroom, visitors can see how a commercial cleaning robot can take on standardized floor-cleaning tasks and operate within structured business environments.

The value of cleaning automation is not simply replacing a manual process with a machine. It is about creating a more consistent, repeatable, and manageable workflow, while allowing human employees to focus on tasks that require greater flexibility and judgment.

This theme gives visitors a practical perspective on how service robotics can move from technology demonstrations into everyday facility operations.

04. Intelligent Food & Commercial Delivery

The fourth theme showcases intelligent food and commercial delivery through the Popbot D3.

Delivery robots have become one of the most recognizable applications of service robotics, particularly in restaurants, hotels, commercial spaces, and other environments where items need to be transported repeatedly.

Popbot D3 combines delivery with customer interaction and commercial communication. Its large advertising screen can be used for promotional content, while its four-layer sensing tray provides additional capacity for delivery tasks. The robot supports multiple delivery modes and incorporates autonomous navigation, dual LiDAR and SLAM algorithms, and 3D obstacle avoidance. Its binocular camera can detect obstacles as low as 2 cm, allowing it to operate in environments with complex pedestrian movement.

This makes the D3 more than a mobile delivery platform.

It can become part of a commercial environment where delivery, customer interaction, advertising, and autonomous mobility work together.

Visitors to the showroom can experience how these functions come together in one robotic platform and explore how similar concepts could be adapted to different commercial scenarios.

05. Smart Hospitality & Hotel Delivery

The fifth theme focuses on smart hospitality and hotel delivery, represented by the Popbot H2.

Hotel operations involve a large number of repetitive delivery requests, from food and beverages to guest amenities and other items. Each individual delivery may take only a few minutes, but repeated trips throughout the day can consume a significant amount of staff time.

Popbot H2 is designed specifically for hotel delivery. It features four independent compartments, with each compartment supporting up to 10 kg and 12 liters of capacity. The four-compartment configuration can also be converted into a two-compartment layout for larger items, while its 10.1-inch HD screen, AI voice assistant, touch control, voice interaction, and mini-program control support different interaction methods.

The robot can also perform multiple delivery tasks simultaneously, helping hotels improve delivery efficiency while providing a more technology-driven guest experience.

For visitors interested in hospitality automation, this showroom theme demonstrates how service robots can become part of the hotel's daily workflow rather than functioning as standalone technology displays.

From Robotics Demonstrations to Real-World Experience

The new Xyser Robotics showroom brings together five major robotics application themes: smart reception, intelligent logistics, commercial cleaning, food and commercial delivery, and hotel services.

After exploring the five robotics solution zones, visitors can continue the showroom experience at one of its most memorable highlights — the automatic coffee robot.

Visitors can enjoy a freshly prepared cup of coffee made by a robot.

Automatic coffee technology is another example of how robotics can move into everyday commercial environments. In the coffee industry, automation can help address peak-hour production bottlenecks, shorten customer waiting times, improve service consistency.
